A great cheese burger is more than beef and cheese on a bun. A great cheese burger has a crispy sear, a juicy interior, melted cheese, a subtle, tangy fry sauce, and is topped with pickles and onion.


At Rino Country Club, we may not have created the best burger in the world, but we're pretty damn close.

1) Smash and Sear

We start off with seasoned ground beef on a searing hot flattop. The burgers are hand-smashed to create a thin, crispy patty.


After hot minute-long sear, patties are flipped and topped with American cheese slices.

2) Assemble Bun & Toppings

While the cheese melts, we top fresh-baked buns with Dalton's house burger sauce and diced onion.


Once the cheese is melted, we stack the burger patties and place them on the bun. Top with pickles and the other bun half and you've got a burger!
